Consons takes strict QC and continuous quality improvement as the basics of our development. All of our employees conduct stringent processes at all levels, ensuring you receive top-quality products.
Materials/Components
We strictly select materials and components from reliable suppliers, and we also work with the original IC manufacturer.
Procedures/testing Details
We have experienced manufacturing engineers to check all the data before production; components engineers to review the bill of materials, and IQC, QC staff to inspect the details according to the working instructions. Final QC includes stringent inspection on products before shipment. Our Q/C department provides the reports as faulty products analysis, free defects improving plan, quality inspection experiences analysis and more.
We keep the continuously quality improve as the basic developing process.
